On September 21, President of Griffith University, Professor Ian O’ Connor visited Tsinghua University.

Mr. Deng Wei, Deputy Director of Senior Executive Committee of Tsinghua University, received the visiting group from Griffith University. Mr. Deng delivered a welcoming speech and introduced the former cooperation between the two universities at the reception. Professor Ian O’ Connor gave a brief introduction of Griffith University. Both sides discussed future collaborative affairs in the meeting.

After the reception, Professor Ian O’ Connor paid a visit to SOE and had talks with Professor Du Pengfei, the Secretary of SOE Committee of CPC. The meeting closed with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Tsinghua SOE and the Griffith SOE.
