Prof. Gu Xiasheng, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering from SOE, THU, died in Beijing at 2:13 p.m. February 6 at the age of 94. His funeral was held in the Babaoshan funeral parlor on February 10 and leaders of the central government including President Hu Jintao sent wreaths as a token of their condolences.
