On November 2, Dean of SOE Yu Gang, Secretary of CPC Committee of SOE Du Pengfei, Vice Dean of SOE Zuo Jiane and Vice Secretary Liu Jianguo met with Chen Qigong, Secretary of CPC Committee of Anhui Polytechnic University (APU) and 3 other leaders. Yu Gang and Chen Qigong introduced the recent developments of SOE and APU respectively, and discussed faculty development, young teachers training, innovation and creativity of students, cooperation with companies and research institutions, discipline building and laboratory promotion. Chen hoped to cooperate with SOE in education and research through people-to-people exchange.
