The award ceremony of the 26th China Adolescents Science and Technology Innovation Contest (CASTIC) was held in the capital of Inner Mongolia Province Hohhot on August 7.

    Ten programs from nine provinces won the “Tsinghua Environmental Friendly Adolescents Science and Technology Innovation Award.” They were presented by Vice Secretary of SOE Committee of CPC Liu Jianguo. The competition with the theme of “Experience, Innovation and Growth”, was held from August 2 to 8. It was co-organized by China Association for Science and Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Environmental Protection, General Administration of Sport of China, Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Women’s Federation, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Inner Mongolia provincial government.
