课程简介：本课程以典型的固废工程案例为切入点进行课程设计，针对环境科学与工程硕士研究生和博士研究生开设，也适合留学生选学。课程主要介绍固体废物管理及其环境问题的应用型基础知识和案例分析，选择固体废物处理处置工程中的典型案例进行较为系统全面的剖析，重点介绍《固体废物污染环境防治法》及其与相关法律法规的关系、固体废物焚烧二噁英问题及其污染控制技术、生活垃圾焚烧发电厂和工业废物焚烧厂案例分析、废物填埋处置环境影响及其控制案例分析、污染场地管理及治理技术案例分析、污水处理厂污泥处理处置工程等，并通过现场考察、课堂讨论和学术答辩等环节强化学生对固体废物处理处置专业知识的掌握、提高其解决实际工程问题的能力。

This course is designed with typical solid waste engineering cases as the entry point and is aimed at MSc and PhD students specialized in Environmental Science and Engineering, as well as international students. The course introduces the applied basic knowledge and case studies of solid waste management and its environmental problems, selects typical cases in solid waste treatment and disposal engineering for a more systematic and comprehensive analysis. Through site visits, classroom discussions and academic debates, students will strengthen their knowledge of solid waste treatment and disposal and improve their ability to solve practical engineering problems.
