课程简介：本课程旨在介绍环境规划涉及的基础理论知识与常用技术，帮助学生理解环境规划的概念、内涵与意义。结合实际案例，让学生充分理解环境规划具有的整体性、综合性、区域性、动态性、信息密集和政策性强等特点。课程教学内容涉及城市环境规划、流域污染治理规划、城市生态规划等。通过课程教学，预期达成如下教学目标：（1）基本掌握环境规划学的理论基础；（2）充分理解什么是规划、为什么需要规划；（3）熟悉规划的基本步骤；（4）掌握评价规划质量的基本原则；（5）能对大气环境、土地利用、固体废物管理等不同对象进行初步规划。

This course introduces the basic theoretical knowledge and common techniques of environmental planning and to help students understand the concept, connotation and significance of environmental planning. Combined with practical cases, students will fully understand the holistic, comprehensive, regional, dynamic, information-intensive and policy-oriented characteristics of environmental planning. The course covers urban environmental planning, watershed pollution management planning, urban ecological planning, etc. Through the course teaching, students are expected to: 1) have a basic grasp of the theoretical basis of environmental planning; 2) fully understand what planning is and why it is needed; 3) be familiar with the basic steps of planning; 4) master the basic principles of evaluating the quality of planning; 5) be able to carry out preliminary planning for different objects such as atmospheric environment, land use and solid waste management.
