课程简介：本课程讲授环境管理与政策相关的基本理论、思想原则、方法体系和政策手段。通过国内外实践案例，介绍环境管理与政策在水环境、固废、大气等不同领域环境问题和管理需求中的实践和应用。本课程的教学目标是使学生了解不同领域环境管理与政策的基本内容、原则和方法，培养学生积极运用环境管理的技术、经济、政策等相关手段综合解决环境问题的能力。

This course introduces the basic theories, ideological principles, methodological systems and policy instruments related to environmental management and policies. Through national and international case studies, the course introduces the real practices and applications of environmental management and policies in different fields towards environmental issues and management needs, such as water environment, solid waste, and atmosphere. This course aims to enable students to understand the basic contents, principles and methods of environmental management and policies in different fields, and to develop the ability to actively apply technical, economic, and political methods of environmental management to solve environmental problems in an integrated manner.
