课程简介：本课程从全球化学品发展现状和存在的环境问题入手，梳理全球化学品管理体系，重点学习全球化学品管理行动，如全球化学品统一分类和标签制度、国际化学品管理战略方针以及多个重要的化学品国际公约：控制持久性有机污染物的《斯德哥尔摩公约》、加强贸易中农药管理的《鹿特丹公约》、控制废物越境转移的《巴塞尔公约》、控制臭氧层耗损物质的《维也纳公约》、控制汞的《水俣公约》等，并展望全球化学品管理未来。在讲授的基础上，要求同学结合感兴趣主题查阅文献，编写报告并分享。

This course starts from the current situation of global chemicals development and existing environmental problems, combing the global chemicals management system, focusing on global chemicals management actions, such as the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Managements, and several other important international conventions on chemicals: Stockholm Convention on the control of persistent organic pollutants, Rotterdam Convention on the strengthening of the management of pesticides in trade, Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movements of wastes, Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, Minamata Convention on Mercury, etc. The course envisions the future of global chemicals management. Based on the lectures, students are required to review literature, write and share reports.
