课程简介：水资源管理课程聚焦于自然水系统、相关工程技术及其相互作用。课程的特点是从技术、法律、行为、制度等不同视角理解水资源危机及其应对方法。课程内容将包括人类活动和生态系统对水资源的影响；同时涉及水量与水质；既描述水资源管理问题，又介绍针对性的技术工具；既关注全球宏观问题，也聚焦典型案例地区。本课程的主要目的是促进学生对水资源管理基本理念、典型方法的认识，同时提高学生对各类涉水问题的理解和提升解决问题的能力。通过课程学习，学生应该熟悉水循环概念及其组成部分，了解不同组成部分的特征与功能，并熟悉综合水资源管理（Integrated Water Resource Management, IWRM）的内涵及其在各种水资源管理问题中的应用。

This course focuses on natural water systems, related engineering technologies, and their interactions. It features technical, legal, behavioral, and institutional approaches to water crises. The course will cover the impacts of human activities and ecosystems on water resources; address both quantity and quality of water; describe both issues of water management and technical tools to address them; and focus on both global macro issues and exemplary case areas. The main objective of this course is to promote the students to understand the basic concepts and typical methods of water resources management, and to improve the ability of solving problems. Through the course, students will be familiar with the concept of water cycle and its components, understand the characteristics and functions of different components, and be familiar with the concept of Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) and its application in various water resource management problems.
