本课程围绕城市固体废物处理处置的主要技术——填埋、焚烧和污泥处理,进行较为深入的讲解,使学生了解各种工艺过程的技术特点及主要工艺参数,通过案例分析,掌握主要工艺的计算方法,最终完成一个实际处理设施的设计。在综合国内外各类固体废物处理处置设施设计标准、规范的基础上,从工程设计的角度,介绍与固体废物设施设计有关的废物产量预测、设施选址、技术方案比选、物料平衡、能量平衡、焚烧炉热工计算、焚烧余热利用系统设计计算、填埋场库容计算、场地平整及土石方平衡、雨水/地下水/渗滤液的收集处理系统设计计算、填埋气体收集利用系统设计计算、污泥处理的浓缩/消化/脱水/干燥等各单元操作的设计计算及其系统优化设计方法等工程设计的各个环节、步骤及要点。内容涉及环境工程、热能工程、化学工程、给排水、工程地质、水利工程、土木工程等领域的知识。
The course will offer an insight into the main technologies in the treatment for municipal solid waste (MSW), such as landfill, incineration and sludge treatment. This course is involved in the relevant mechanism, the advantages and problems, process and technology parameters, using specific actual case analysis to help understand the calculation method, accomplish a disposal facility design at the end of the course. Based on the standards and specifications of the treatment for MSW at home and abroad. From the design engineering perspective, it introduces the calculation methods and process, including output prediction in disposal facility design, the selection of facility location, schemes comparison, the mass balance and the energy balance, thermal calculation of incinerators, the design calculation of waste heat utilization from incineration system, the calculation of landfill capacity, the calculation of the site preparation and earthwork, the calculation of designing disposal facilities for rainwater, groundwater and landfill leachate, the calculation of the system of landfill utilization, the calculation of the sludge treatment system (concentration unit, digestion unit, dewatering unit and dry unit), and related system optimize design mentioned above. In addition, environmental engineering, thermal energy engineering, chemical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, engineering geology, irrigation and civil engineering field appropriate knowledge will be included in this course.
