Li Guanghe was employed as a associate professor in 2001. She engaged in research on ecological assessment and ecological plan, wildlife habitat ecology, biological conservation, applications of RS and GIS, landscape ecology, ecological planning for wetland, fragile ecosystems and management, slope-land ecology and amelioration. She retired as a associate professor in 2024.
