Tsinghua University has three quarantine facilities on campus to keep those who need to isolate themselves to prevent the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

More than 40 employees are stationed at these facilities to provide around-the-clock logistic support to the occupants.

Some of the tasks carried out by the staff include ordering and delivering three meals a day, supplying daily basic amenities, taking temperature, organizing daily nucleic acid testing, answering students' various living needs, taking care of the isolating students' emotional well-being, and carrying out deep cleaning and disinfection of the facilities.

The three quarantine facilities on campus have a total of 456 rooms.

The employees’ compassionate support and care at these facilities have won high praise from the Tsinghua community.
