Tsinghua University has held a forum to discuss the role of the media and corporates in providing vital and correct information during global heath crises like the Covid-19 pandemic. The first Global Development and Health Communication Forum was attended by scholars, and representatives of international organizations and enterprises via video link. They talked about the harmful role of misinformation and stressed the importance of providing accurate medical advice to the public.
