A Winter Olympics-themed concert was recently held at Tsinghua University’s New Tsinghua Xuetang.

The concert was performed by the Beijing Symphony Orchestra, with Yu Lu as conductor.

It attracted nearly 500 teachers and students, including over 200 volunteers who participated in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics, representatives of teachers and students from the School of Architecture and the Academy of Arts & Design, faculty and staff of relevant departments that served the Winter Olympics, student representatives who participated in Winter Olympics-related social practices, and representatives of ethnic groups and international students.

The concert was co-sponsored by the Tsinghua University Art Education Center and the Youth League Committee.

During the past 10 years since its opening, New Tsinghua Xuetang has jointly launched several graduation-themed concerts with the Beijing Symphony Orchestra.
